Prohibited products and services

Folivo sellers must not list illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise prohibited goods or services. Automated checks may reject listings that match known prohibited patterns. Buyers can also report listings via the report control on storefront pages.

Not allowed (non-exhaustive)

• Illegal drugs and controlled substances
• Unlicensed firearms and illegal weapons
• Child sexual abuse material and sexual content involving minors
• Counterfeit currency, forged identity documents
• Stolen goods, fraud schemes, and clearly deceptive listings

Enforcement

Folivo may refuse, hide, or remove listings that violate this policy. Sellers may contact hello@folivo.app to appeal. Operators review reports in the internal moderation queue.

Admin override

Legitimate edge cases are handled by Folivo operators via content reports and manual unpublish — not by sellers bypassing create/update validation.
